Biography and Background:


Howard E. Enrique was born in California , raised in Hollywood , Florida and has been a resident of Broward County most of his life. After attending local schools, he enlisted in the United States Air Force where he served in the 384 th Strategic Bomber Wing, 15 th Air Division, McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas .

After an honorable discharge from service, Mr. Enrique attended the University of Florida College of Architecture & Design , obtaining his Bachelors of Design and graduating with honors, having membership in Phi Kappa Phi and Golden Key National Honor Societies. Mr. Enrique then obtained his Masters Degree from the Univeristy of Florida's M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction where he studied value engineering, construction management and wrote his thesis of mass production and pre-fabricated construction techniques for the Shimberg Center for Affordable Housing.

As holder of a Certified Contractors Construction Licence, Mr. Enrique has a unique knowledge of the construction industry. Prior to becoming an attorney, he managed single family and multi-family residential construction projects for Centex Homes of Naples , Florida . Thereafter, his own company, Endeavor Construction Management Corporation , successfully completed numerous projects for American Bank of Hollywood , now Wachovia Bank, N.A.; Allstate Insurance Company ; Emerald Hills Self Storage Facility , Memorial Regional Hospital , Hollywood , Florida , the Ocean Surf Hotel , Miami Beach , Florida , and numerous other projects.

Mr. Enriqe is a cum laude graduate of Nova Southeastern University's Shephard Broad Law Center , where obtained his juris doctorate degree with his focus of studies on business, real estate, and construction law, where he drew from his past experience to help those in his first industry.

Having conducted hundreds of commercial and residential real estate closings and overseen numerous business transactions, Mr. Enrique assists his valued clients in a prompt, professional manner while maintaining a level of personal comfort. Our firm's practice combines business formation, planning and acquisition, with both real property law and commercial/residential construction development, all of whch creates a nexus that greatly benefits our individual, business, and construction development clients in their successful ventures from start to finish throughout the state of Florida.
